Job Description

As we expand, we are seeking a skilled procurement/sourcing manager to join our supply chain team.
Position Overview: As the Procurement Manager, you will lead our ongoing procurement transformation, third-party risk management, and supplier . Your responsibilities include executing best-in-class processes and becoming a strategic business partner. In addition, implement and improve a robust third-party risk management and supplier strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Procurement and sourcing strategy
- Material and Component Management
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Cost Control and Budgeting
- Compliance and Documentation
- Performance and Reporting (Prior experience with ERP required, i.e. NetSuite, SAP)

Duties and Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production schedules, demand forecasts, and company cost targets
· Evaluate sourcing procedures and present improvement strategies to senior management for approval.
· Analyze and calculate procurement costs and develop cost-reduction strategies.
· Drive purchasing decisions based on cost, scenario analysis, and market trends.
· Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.
· Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service and reliability.
· Possess a focused, positive attitude toward achieving department objectives, contributing to the organization's overall success.
· A commitment to procurement best practices, legal compliance, and thorough recordkeeping
· Active participation in strategic supplier meetings, ensuring compliance and outstanding service
· Identifying, researching, and proposing strategic sources for competitively priced market products and services
· Manage bid process, including developing supplier interest, evaluating contract submission, reviewing product or service specification, and managing the proposal evaluations and selection process. Make final contract award recommendation.
· Develop and document benchmarking research to ensure the competitiveness of assigned contracts
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field
·Experience with tariff's, ACE and CPB
· 5+ years of experience leading projects and programs in procurement, supplier , third-party risk management, or strategic sourcing
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and priorities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel and Power BI desired)
· Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
· Inventory experience and understanding

Work Schedule
Days: Monday-Friday Onsite at our Ocoee Corporate Office
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
