Your new roleIn this pivotal role, you'll shape and implement procurement strategies that deliver cost efficiency, quality, and timely results. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you'll negotiate supplier contracts, manage performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Your expertise will help unlock commercial value and support ambitious business objectives.Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts across assigned categories.
• Drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and enhance commercial leverage.
• Partner with stakeholders across UK
• Deliver year-on-year improvements through supplier collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Proven procurement expertise.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• MCIPS qualification is a plus.
