Engineering at Zenjob
\n Our product engineering teams are cross-functional and full-stack, each owning one of the business domains our marketplace is built around - Supply, Staffing, and Demand. We build in TypeScript across both backend and frontend, with some older services still in Java and Groovy.
\n We run a pragmatic engineering culture: outcomes over output, ownership over process, and direct feedback over comfortable silence. And we're leaning into how AI is changing the way software gets built - we invest in the tools and expect everyone, managers included, to use them and push what they make possible.
\n Recreation and further education is important, which is why we offer 28 days of paid vacation (increased by 1 day for every 2 calendar years of service with us, up to a maximum of 30 days), 1 day of special leave for community service, 5 days of paid educational leave, and the possibility of unpaid leave✓
\n Hybrid working model: Zenjob's flexible working model combines the best of both worlds, so you can work remotely up to 2 days / week (1 day, during the first 6 months, so we can guarantee you the best onboarding).✓
\n Ongoing focus on your personal development (annual training budget of EUR 1000, mentoring opportunities, constant career development conversations)✓
\n You will receive EUR 40 credit per month for NAVIT, a sustainable mobility tool for public transport, bike sharing and much more.✓
\n Quarterly team events, winter and summer parties, budget for birthdays and anniversaries of our employees
