You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, managing procurement activities from sourcing through to contract award, delivery, and supplier managementYour new role Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract placement Lead preparation and negotiation of commercial documentation (SOWs, contracts, NDAs, T&Cs) Conduct supplier sourcing and selection, including RFQs/RFPs and commercial evaluations Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, quality, and delivery targets are met Collaborate with engineering teams to define and refine technical requirements Ensure compliance with export controls, regulatory standards, and company policies Align procurement activity with project timelines and stakeholder requirements Support contract management, including change control and issue resolutionWhat you'll need to succeed Proven experience in procurement within an engineering or regulated environment Strong understanding of the procurement lifecycle and contract management Experience working with commercial documentation and supplier negotiations Knowledge of export control regulations (UK, EU or US) Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance Degree in a relevant discipline (engineering, business, procurement) Experience within aerospace, defence, or advanced manufacturing* Knowledge of precision or machined componentsWhat you'll get in return Competitive salary and package Hybrid and flexible working options Private healthcare and life assurance Generous holiday allowanceCollaborative, innovative working environmentWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
