CENTRAL LONDON/OFFICE BASED Procurement Manager needed with MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE in Construction Procurement, experienced ideally with a main contractor or residential developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing for concrete frame and high density projects. This is a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement to support our growing portfolio of concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement schedules in line with the construction program.

• Communicate with site teams to coordinate and track deliveries.

• Ensure timely arrival of all materials and verify deliveries against orders.

• Build strong supplier relationships with both UK and international vendors and maintain procurement records.

• Support overall site operations through proactive material planning and supply chain risk management.


Must-Have Skills and Experience.

• Proven background in construction procurement, with specific experience sourcing materials for concrete structures, ready-mix concrete, rebar, formwork, cladding systems and general build materials.

• Strong knowledge of procurement programming and supply chain coordination with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (essential).

• Familiarity with digital tools

• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
