Position Summary:
The Procurement oversees the sourcing and supplier management of external services that support production operations. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, results-driven supplier relationships, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of handling high transaction volumes, and excels at cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for external services supporting production, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management
- Develop request for proposal to support the Procurement strategic direction of the team and company
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective service delivery
- Handle high volumes of purchase orders, service requests, and supplier interactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, and other internal departments to align procurement activities with business needs
- Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Proactively resolve supplier or service-related issues to minimize impact on production
- Lead or support negotiations with suppliers for pricing, service levels, and contract terms
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of four years managing procurement or supply chain processes and team, preferably in services procurement or production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
- Experience overseeing supplier relationships and performance management

Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
- Experience managing service-based contracts and SLAs
