Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment?

We’re looking for a Purchasing & Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, supplier management, and logistics for complex, custom materials and equipment. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll drive execution every day—cutting POs, negotiating with suppliers, and partnering directly with our CEO on key initiatives.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Lead procurement activities + mentor a collaborative team of buyers/planners
• Build strong supplier partnerships with a “firm but fair” approach
• Oversee purchasing for contract manufacturing + technology integration projects
• Manage inventory, financial analysis, and cost control
• Deliver process improvements that help us do more with less
