Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement of materials and services that support our project delivery teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance teams to forecast needs and mitigate supply risks.
• Oversee procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory records.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Vista (or similar ERP systems).
• Experience with Procore or other project management tools is a plus.
