Outsourcing & Procurement Manager (IT)

£525 per day – Inside IR35

London - Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to support a major technology outsourcing programme within the Legal Professional Services Sector . You’ll take ownership of the procurement, down-selection, and contractual negotiation process for IT operations services, ensuring robust agreements that protect organisational interests and enable effective service delivery.

Key skills & experience:

• Proven track record negotiating and managing large-scale outsourcing contracts in technology & IT operations.
• Experience supporting MSP-to-MSP transitions or moving from in-house to outsourced models.
• Strong background working with global MSPs.
• Skilled in balancing commercial rigour with operational needs in high-stakes procurement.
• Familiar with procurement models in legal professional services environments (e.g. Magic Circle firms)

Contract information:

• £525 per day, inside IR35
• 6 month contract
• London - occasional on-site
• Legal sector expeeince is a plus
