Procurement / Data Analyst

Crowned Grace International is recruiting a Procurement/ Data Analyst to support acquisition metrics, reporting, and portfolio analysis for U.S. Coast Guard leadership. This role develops and maintains dashboards, validates acquisition data, supports workload and trend analysis, and responds to ad hoc data requests. The position supports transparency, oversight, and data-driven decision-making across acquisition programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain acquisition status reports, dashboards, and
• Support ADSR updates and portfolio tracking.
• Perform LOE, workload, and trend
• Validate data accuracy across acquisition systems and reports.
• Support ad hoc data calls and executive

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of experience in federal acquisition or program data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar tracking tools

Qualifications

• Experience supporting acquisition or program metrics and
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Experience maintaining portfolio dashboards or status reports.
• Familiarity with ADSR, ServiceNow, or similar tracking systems.
• Experience responding to ad hoc data calls from senior leadership.
• Background in acquisition, procurement, or program analytics.
