Procurement / Contracts Manager in Epsom

Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business that has grown its turnover from £14m to £150m in under four years!

I am recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of construction, engineering, maintenance and operational contracts, ranging from £100k to £10m+.

\n

Working closely with the Projects team, you will negotiate commercial agreements, manage contractual risks and ensure contracts are effectively administered from tender stage through to completion.

Key Experience Required\n

\n
• \n

  Strong background in construction or engineering contracts management, ideally within complex industrial projects.

\n

• \n

  Practical experience of NEC4 and IChemE contracts.

\n

• \n

  Proven commercial negotiation skills, including tenders, variations and claims.

\n

• \n

  Experience managing post-award contracts, change control, commercial risks and contractual obligations.

\n

• \n

  Good understanding of contract law and commercial risk.

\n

• \n

  Ability to manage multiple high-value contracts simultaneously.

\n
