Opportunity for a temp to perm position if performance meets expectations. The probation period for this role is six months.

Description:
The Contract Manager oversees contract development and management activities, enforces organizational principles of integrity and compliance ensuring that contracts and proposals are properly entered into Vendoor and securely maintained, assures accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments, and serves as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and 5-10+ years of experience in IT contracting, especially in Software Licensing and IT Infrastructure including mainframe. SaaS and Cloud services experience is a plus.
• Ability to review contracts through an analytical lens.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders in decision making.
• Quick understanding of management intent with ability to implement with a strong sense of urgency.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and management.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software (e.g., Vendoor).
• Analytical skills for risk assessment and resolution.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
