\n
This role supports construction/data center operations as an OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) / Procurement Manager responsible for managing all owner-supplied materials across the project lifecycle.
\n
The individual will serve as the central point of coordination for vendor relationships, material tracking, procurement processes, and delivery validation across multiple stakeholders including vendors, general contractors (GCs), telecom contractors, and internal teams.
\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n
\n
Tracking all equipment, materials, and deliveries across project timelines
\n
Managing purchase orders (POs) and ensuring alignment with project schedules
\n
Monitoring delivery dates and resolving delays or discrepancies
\n
Reviewing and validating high-volume invoices (ranging from small purchases to multi-million-dollar equipment)
\n
Coordinating with vendors to resolve quality or supply issues
\n
Maintaining accurate tracking systems (primarily spreadsheets)
\n
Acting as liaison between vendors, GCs, and internal teams
\n
This is a highly relationship-driven and coordination-heavy role, where success is defined by the ability to manage vendors effectively and keep materials flowing on schedule.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
\n
Procurement and Purchase Order (PO) management.
\n
Vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination (GCs, suppliers, internal teams).
\n
Material tracking, logistics, and inventory management using Excel or procurement tracking systems.
\n
\n
Good to have skills:
\n
OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) /MOFE experience.
\n
Data center, telecom, or mission-critical construction experience.
\n
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).
\n
Invoice validation and cost tracking.
\n
Supply chain or logistics experience supporting capital projects.
\n
