Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic international procurement team supporting indirect spending categories such as IT, HR, and Marketing. As a Procurement Officer, you’ll play a key role in supplier relationship management, contract renewals, purchase requisition processing, and compliance assurance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and business representatives to deliver value by reducing supplier risk and identifying cost efficiencies. This hybrid role includes collaboration with teams in both the US and the Netherlands and supports a broader cost management initiative.Responsibilities:

• Manage contract and purchase order renewals, ensuring service continuity and cost efficiency
• Validate and process purchase requisitions into purchase orders in the P2P system
• Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Coordinate regular supplier due diligence across various risk and compliance domains
• Support integration projects and internal process improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proactive, accurate, and highly organized with the ability to work independently

The base pay range for this position is $68,000–$72,800, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
