Job Description

Procurement Analyst - contract

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to play a key role for a leading investment firm. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of supplier onboarding, contract support, purchase orders, and invoice tracking, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors, making sure processes are followed, data is accurate, and stakeholders are kept informed. The right person will thrive in a project-led environment, balancing attention to detail with the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.

What you’ll be doing

  • Bringing new suppliers into the system, carrying out checks and ensuring policies are met.
  • Coordinating contract execution with legal, finance, procurement, and business teams.
  • Raising and monitoring purchase orders, tracking invoices, and supporting timely approvals.
  • Keeping an accurate log of vendor status and project milestones, and sharing progress reports with leadership.
  • Maintaining clean and reliable data across procurement systems.
  • Acting as a point of contact for questions, updates, and escalations across internal teams and suppliers.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong background in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with purchase order and contract management processes.
  • Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa (or similar platforms).
  • Proven ability to manage deliverables, track milestones, and keep projects on course.
  • High level of accuracy and a methodical approach to data.
  • Understanding of invoice management processes.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to stay structured and prioritise effectively in a deadline-driven role.
