Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Location: Boston, MA 02116 

Duration: 3 Months Contract  

Pay Rate: $34.51/hr. 

Job Description:

• Process requests to purchase goods and services in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare bid documentation for the procurement of materials and services.
• Post bids on public bidding sites.
• Prepare appropriate approval documentation for the award.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
• Manage project documentation and ensure that project files are up-to-date and accessible.
• Provide vacation and absence coverage for the Mailroom.
• Perform all other duties and projects that may be assigned.
