Position Title: Elections Support Specialist (Trainer)
Location: Doral, FL 33172
Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM | Overtime if needed

Pay $21.91 hourly on w2

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

PWRT | Section:- Trainer

• Be a registered voter in Miami-Dade County, have a valid Driver's License, and be able to pass a background screening (mandatory).
• Proficient in English and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum education: HS Diploma, some college .
• Have exceptional customer service skills, and public speaking or teaching/training are necessary.
• Must be able to effectively conduct training regarding procedures, paperwork, etc.
• Must have the ability to adapt and exercise good judgment in all scenarios.
• Must be proficient in the use of handheld technology (i.e., smartphone or tablet).
• Must represent the Office of the Supervisor of Elections in a professional manner (appearance, demeanor, hygiene, etc.).
• Effective listener and team player.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. for the set-up and break down of training sites.
• Must agree to the monitoring of training sessions for quality assurance via Teams at any/all times.
