Job Description

This isn’t a desk job.\n\nIt’s where food ideas meet factory reality.\n\nProcess Technologist | Chilled Food Manufacturing | West London\n\nThis role is about taking product concepts and making sure they actually work — at scale, under pressure, in a live factory.\n\nYou’ll run trials, challenge processes, validate equipment and support launches. You’ll work closely with Operations and Development to turn good ideas into repeatable, profitable products without compromising quality or safety.\n\nIt’s practical. It’s fast-paced.
