Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring production runs smoothly? Then come check this place out and make a change.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Process Technician, your core responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting manufacturing equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Performing setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conducting inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Recording process parameters and communicating any variations or defects.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree .
• Previous experience operating machinery or in a process technician role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Skills:

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
