Process Technician in Motherwell

CK Group are recruiting for a Process Technician to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry in Motherwell & Stirling on a contract basis for 12 months. 



Shifts:

On shift rotation:

Early shift: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday

Back shift: (Apply online only) to Monday to Thursday & Friday (Apply online only)



Salary:

Per hour £18-£18.87 PAYE or £24.13-£25.17 Umbrella 



Process Technician Role:



Work in close collaboration with manufacturing operators & engineers to become highly competent in manufacturing line operation, processes and procedures.

Support monitoring of product & process data using statistical analysis techniques.

Diagnosis & troubleshooting of problems using a methodical approach & report progress in a structured way.

Conduct CTQ testing & material / product analysis techniques.

Investigate & resolve non-conformances / quality events & help develop robust OCAP’s & preventative measures.

Support validation activities & completion of validation documentation in line with business needs .Your Background:



A hands-on Process Technician with a good level of relevant industry experience (preferably medical device related)

Preferably degree qualified & Process Excellence Green or Black Belt

Experience of optimising product & processes

GMP experience

Experience in rotary converting and / or reel to reel printing (rotary screen / flexographic etc.) additional advantage

Experience of using CAD softwareCompany:

This role is covering 2 sites between Motherwell & Stirling.
