Position: Process Technician

Pay: $18.00/hour Day Shift. $20.00/hour Night Shift

Schedule: Day and Night Shift, Monday-Thursday

Benefits: Eligible after 90 days

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Process Technician to support operations in our production facility. This role involves operating processing equipment, performing pre-checks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting production efficiency while following strict safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operational pre-checks and assist with process line monitoring.

• Safely operate filter presses and prepare equipment for next use.

• Add chemicals (powder and liquid) to processing equipment as required.

• Accurately record data in HMI systems and Batch Production Records.

• Perform routine cleaning of processing lines, production equipment, and floors.

• Identify maintenance and troubleshooting needs, reporting to Shift Lead.

• Adhere to all PPE, safety requirements, and cGMP production standards.

• Support continuous improvement through daily reporting and feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• At least 2 years of prior manufacturing production experience (chemical processing ).

• Basic understanding of pumps, plumbing, electrical circuits, and mechanical systems.

• Forklift and heavy equipment experience .

• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs regularly, and wear a respirator when required.

• Team-oriented, punctual, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
