Process Technician in Duncan

Job Description

Röchling Automotive is seeking an experienced Process Technician to support our injection molding operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring production efficiency, maintaining process stability, reducing scrap, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing environment.

General Description:

\n

\n
• Monitor cycle times, machine efficiency, and process performance.

\n

• Complete mold change startups, process documentation, and first-piece approvals.

\n

• Maintain and update process parameter sheets.

\n

• Assist with mold and material changes alongside the technical team.

\n

• Troubleshoot molding, robot, and EOAT issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

\n

• Document downtime and production issues using appropriate reporting systems.

\n

• Maintain cleanliness of machines, molds, and assigned work areas.

\n

• Support training and mentoring of technical team members and apprentices.

\n

• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.

\n

• Perform other duties as assigned.

\n

Work and Education Experience:

\n

\n
• High School Diploma/GED required

\n

• 3-5 years of process technician experience in injection molding or a related technical manufacturing environment.

\n

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

\n

• Ability to read and understand process documentation and work instructions.

\n

\n

\n
• Knowledge of robotics and End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT).

\n

• Experience with mold changes, startup processes, and process optimization.

\n

• Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
