Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Process Technician, located on-site in Brea, CA. The Process Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines, performing quality control checks, troubleshooting process issues, and implementing preventive maintenance. Additionally, the Process Technician will be involved in process engineering tasks and providing training to junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Process Engineering and Preventive Maintenance
• Skills in Training and mentoring junior technicians
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a plastic injection molding company, is a must
• Scientific Molding training and experience is a plus
