Process Technician - All Shifts

The Process Technician ensures consistent production quality in electronics manufacturing, focusing on SMT and PCB processes. This role supports process control, data collection, and light troubleshooting under engineering supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute production tasks following safety and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain SMT/PCB equipment (reflow ovens, AOI, ICT, etc.).
- Collect and log quality and performance data.
- Troubleshoot first-level production issues and escalate as needed.
- Support NPIs and improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
- Train team members on updated work instructions and basic QC.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant experience in electronics manufacturing.
- 2+ years of experience with PCB or SMT processes.
- Proficient in basic tools and diagnostics.
- Understanding of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ESD standards.
- : IPC certifications, scripting skills (LabVIEW, Python), or Lean training.
