We’re hiring a Process Technician in Dublin, Ohio to play a key role in injection molding operations. What you’ll be doing:

• Set up, clean, and maintain injection molds
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed
• Complete accurate production documentation
• Support lean/continuous improvement efforts
• Train and mentor other technicians

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of injection molding/manufacturing experience (or certification in lieu of experience)
• Strong knowledge of plastics processing and molding defects
• Experience with robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or hot runner controls a plus
• Able to read mechanical/mold drawings
• Team-oriented, detail-driven, and safety-focused
• High School Diploma required; must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing or sitting for long periods
