Job Summary: Join the technical operations team of a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company to support manufacturing operations within their Pilot Plant. Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), optimize processes, ensure GMP compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with teams on NPI and process optimization projects.
• Supervise and enhance manufacturing processes on the production floor.
• Document processes and draft technical reports to support compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering .
• Prior experience working in process improvements within a pharmaceutical (or related) environment is .
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to learning and adapting in manufacturing operations.
