The business is known for its people-first culture and consistent recognition as a top UK employer.Responsibilities - Process Quality EngineerLead, coach, and develop a small team of Quality Engineers and Technicians while remaining hands-on in operational quality activitiesSupport deployment of the site quality strategy, focusing on prevention, continuous improvement, and customer satisfactionDrive process quality improvements, including leading and delivering structured quality improvement projects (e.g.
