Process Production Engineer

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe function of this role is to provide production/process engineering support to the site for ongoing production operations and new process introductions. Serve as a resource for implementing engineering studies, designs, evaluations, and improvements to optimize utilizations. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESØ Responsible for safe and efficient operation of assigned process areas such that all regulatory, health, safety and environmental requirements are satisfied.Ø Assist in day-to-day troubleshooting of equipment and processes.Ø Develop KPI’s that Monitor productivity, process yields, and product and process performance to meet production commitments in the most efficient manner.Ø Develops, plans, and coordinates projects from inception to completion ensuring efficient implementation, timely completion, and compliance to budget.Ø Ensure operating procedures are up to date and in compliance with appropriate standards.Ø Responsible for evaluation, installation, programming, and service of DCS equipment. Assist with the migration of process control systems.Ø Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certifications for the business by complying with processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities in which this role participates.Ø Must acquire a working knowledge of compliance with applicable quality standards ( ISO 9001, cGMP) REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONSv BS degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical )v 3 plus years manufacturing experience, highly v Working knowledge of process controls and cGMPv Excellent written, computer and oral communication
