Job DescriptionJob Title: Process Pro
\nLocation: Waterloo, IA 
\nAssignment Length: 18 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
\nPay Rate: $33.00 per hour
\nShift Information: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (minimal overtime expected)
\nWork Environment: Onsite only; business casual dress code; shop floor position (~75% time spent on feet). Metatarsal safety boots required on first day.

\nPosition Overview:
\nAs a CI Process Pro, you will facilitate and implement process improvement projects within business units at Tractor Operations. You’ll ensure process metrics are aligned, lead project teams, collaborate cross-functionally, document and report progress, and solve operational challenges through thorough analysis and alternative evaluation.
\nKey Responsibilities:\n

\n\t
• Identify, implement, and monitor process metrics and performance targets\n\t
• Lead project teams in defining and deploying new processes and solutions\n\t
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts\n\t
• Document, report, and validate team progress and results post-project closure\n\t
• Analyze issues and evaluate solutions to solve problems\n

\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n

\n\t
• 1+ year of manufacturing and/or operations experience\n\t
• 1+ year of demonstrated team leadership/mentoring\n\t
• 1+ year of leading and managing projects\n\t
• 1+ year of continuous improvement experience\n\t
• Cross-functional collaboration experience\n\t
• Comfortable working in a factory/shop floor environment (~75% time on feet)\n

\nEducation:\n\n

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or Engineering/Technology, OR equivalent work experience\n\t
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply\n

\nAdditional Information:\n\n

• Fully onsite role, with occasional intra-facility travel\n\t
• Ability and willingness to drive company Gator or tractor within factory after completing safety training\n\t
• Candidates may use personal vehicles for other facilities within a 20-mile radius\n
