Process Performance Engineer

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Process Performance Engineer based in the Filton area.

This role is on a contract basis and is office-based.



The Company

We’re working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.

The Role:

This role is for a Process Performance Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You’ll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.

You’ll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:



Industrial Process Diagram scenario

Create and Maintain PERT Chart in MFT & SLB in MFT, including Line Balancing

Technical and Balancing Critical path and station

White Space reduction action plan and Red Space analysis, maximising CVAT

Process improvement/Spent Time reduction/Serial allocated time optimisationThe Individual

We’re looking for people who can show:



SAP, Google “G Suite”

Understanding of aircraft product design, assembly and procedural processes, particularly wingThe Benefits:
