What You’ll Tackle

  • Create, implement, analyze, and refine manufacturing processes and systems to elevate performance.
  • Capture, document, and optimize current methods for clarity and repeatability.
  • Lead root cause investigations to resolve production and manufacturing issues.
  • Propose and deploy improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • Assist with machine setups and address equipment failures to minimize downtime.
  • Investigate and close out deviations from product specifications.
  • Inspect in-process parts to verify alignment with engineering requirements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Safeguard sensitive engineering and manufacturing information.

About the Role

This is a hands-on engineering position that reports directly to the VP of Engineering. You will own process implementation and maintenance, working shoulder-to-shoulder with production and maintenance to optimize operations for quality and throughput.

What You Bring Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Solid grasp of core engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Sharp analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating across departments.
  • Background in metal fabrication and welded assemblies.
  • Hands-on experience improving and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with production equipment and common manufacturing techniques.

Experience Level

  • Recent engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced engineers with 8+ years of relevant background are also encouraged to apply.
  • Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
