Job Description

Join a growing manufacturing business in Hereford and become part of a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Process Operators with previous experience in a manufacturing setting, which is essential for this role. This position involves working to production targets, maintaining quality standards, and operating efficiently within a team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. Full training will be provided, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.



Role and Responsibilities



Operate within a manufacturing/production environment

Follow processes and maintain quality standards

Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

Adhere to all health & safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Work collaboratively as part of a team

Support general production duties as required

About You



Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)

Valid forklift licence (essential)

Good level of English and basic numeracy skills

Reliable, dependable, and adaptable

Strong attention to detail

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Flexible approach with the ability to use initiative

What We Offer



Base pay of £13.29 per hour with additional shift allowances depending on shifts worked

£1.85 per hour shift allowance for day and afternoon shifts

£3.08 per hour shift allowance for night shifts
