Process Operator – Night Shift\n\nNorth Kent\n\nSunday to Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am\n\nExcellent benefits package\n\nFull training provided | 6 month FTC \n\nAre you a reliable, detail-oriented individual looking to join a supportive and growing company?\n\nOur well-established client is seeking a Process Operator to join their night shift team at their modern newly refurbished facility in North Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn.\n\nFull training will be provided! \n\nDuties include:\n\nPerform manufacturing and dispensing tasks in accordance with production plans and schedules.\n\t\nEnsure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and relevant ISO standards.\n\t\nComplete all required documentation accurately, including work instructions and operational records.\n\t\nLiaise with other departments to support seamless operations, especially in relation to quality checks and production flow.\n\t\nMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area to uphold high housekeeping standards.\n\t\nRaise any production risks or issues promptly with supervisors.\n\t\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and safety.\n\t\nFollow all site safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to the relevant contact.\n\t\nUndertake any additional duties as directed by management, which may include support across other operational areas\n\nThe right candidate will have/be:\n\nA strong team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.\n\t\nComfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.\n\t\nGood communication skills and attention to detail.\n\t\nIT literate, with the ability to use systems and complete documentation accurately.\n\t\nWillingness to follow strict safety and quality standards.\n\t\nReliable with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.\n\nFull training will be provided to the right candidate, experience is not required but a good attitude is key!
