Process Operative\nPermanent, Full-Time\nAston, Birmingham\n40 hours per week (shift-based)\nUp to £30,000 \n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Process Operative on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that continues to invest in its people, processes, and technology.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are processed efficiently and supplied to packaging lines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene at all times.\n\nThe Role\nAs a Process Operative, your responsibilities will include:\nCarrying out a variety of process operations including fermentation preparation, product filtration, syrup make-up, and bright tank preparation\nOperating key machinery such as pasteurisers and supporting the loading/unloading of tankers\nAccurately inputting production data into internal systems (SAP)\nEnsuring all tasks are completed in line with production schedules to meet daily output targets\nMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across the work area\nAdhering to strict health, safety, and quality procedures within a regulated production environment\nShift Patterns\nThis role operates on a rotating shift basis to meet business needs, including:\n\nMornings: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm\nAfternoons: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm\nNights: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am\nPlease note- you will only be on Mornings and afternoons shifts roughly for 6 moths whilst being trained. \n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nPrevious experience within a manufacturing, production, or process environment (desirable)\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nGood communication skills and a proactive approach\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\nComputer literate, with experience using systems such as SAP being advantageous\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and shift patterns\nWhat’s On Offer\n\nPermanent, full-time opportunity with a stable and growing employer\nCompetitive salary (DOE)\nOvertime opportunities available\nStructured shift patterns\nOngoing training and development\nSupportive team environment with long-term career prospects
