The PI Vision Migration Engineer will lead the conversion of legacy PI ProcessBook displays to PI Vision across multiple manufacturing sites. The contractor will work with operations, process engineering, and site leadership teams to migrate, validate, standardize, and optimize process visualization dashboards while ensuring continuity of business-critical monitoring and reporting capabilities.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of industrial process data, OSIsoft/AVEVA PI System applications, and manufacturing operations. This role requires both technical implementation skills and the ability to collaborate with site personnel to ensure migrated displays accurately represent process conditions and operational KPIs.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System technologies.
• Experience developing or supporting PI ProcessBook and/or PI Vision displays.
• Understanding of process data historians, trends, KPIs, and industrial data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision across multiple stakeholders and sites.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with PI Asset Framework (AF).
• Experience developing advanced PI Vision dashboards.
• Knowledge of manufacturing performance systems such as OEE, downtime tracking, SPC, batch monitoring, or Tier management processes.
