Job Scope: Provide technical direction and supervision to a team of engineers and designers, ensuring timely delivery of process engineering services within budget and meeting quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering projects
• Develop and review process designs, estimates, and specifications
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control
• Collaborate with clients and project teams
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Participate in business development and sales activities

Requirements:

• 15+ years of pulp and paper engineering experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Professional Engineering registration highly
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proficient in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project simulation tools
