7.30am – 4.00pm Monday – Thursday & 7.30am – 1.30pm Friday

Job Summary:
Due to company success and growth, a precision manufacturing client of ours have a new role within the engineering department for a Process Engineer to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
Process Engineer
Ideal skills and experience requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in either Process Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Methods Engineer position
- Working within regulated precision manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Process Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Department Manager and Supervisors to control and improve processes; liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- To ensure business is compliant with current internal and external control requirements
- To develop internal and external control requirements and monitoring systems
- Identification of loss of control and process rectification and stabilization production processes
- Materials Review Board participation
- Cross-functional process control support
- Significant contribution to Process Change control
- Implementing change programs and paperwork
- Recording and documentation of data
- Data analysis (and electronic improvements)
- Improving inspection recording and reporting
- Developing and running process improvements
- Attendance of, and active participation in, Process Improvement Meetings (PIMS) and contribution to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
