We're looking for someone with a passion for reliability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Whether you're an experienced Reliability Engineer or a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Process Engineer with strong root cause analysis skills, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role\n
As a Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
- Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
- Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
- Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actions

What We're Looking For\n
- \n
- Experience as a Reliability Engineer, Senior Maintenance Engineer, or Process Engineer
- Strong experience analysing data and implementing measurable improvements
- Proven knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Confident communicating performance data and leading improvement initiatives
- HNC/HND qualification is advantageous but not essential
