We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Granulation Plant Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing granulation processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production environment. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement and innovation in our granulation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize granulation processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Analyze process parameters and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
- Assist in equipment selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training for plant personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a granulation plant or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of granulation techniques, equipment, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process simulation tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills
- Experience with granulation technologies/equipment
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
- Knowledge of automation and control systems in granulation processes.
