Luxor Staffing is hiring Process Engineer Technicians! Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and Update assembly SOPs for CCBU.
• Assist with NPI builds and help lead activity on production floor to meet shipments.
• Assist engineering with special process improvement projects.
• Assist in the implementation of ECN s and reworks needed for production.
• Provide Training to Operations regarding new products and processes.
• Take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to reason, even when dealing with emotional topics
• Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement process improvement projects.
• Collect, maintain and analyze data and metrics to improve TAT and FPY.
• Assist with resolving Engineering Holds in a timely manner
• Support Ops Team on day to day system issues.
• Assist engineering in the system maintenance and product setup.
• Provide maintenance support on engineering equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering or equivalent .
• Two (2) years of manufacturing experience .
• PC skills including Windows, MS Work, MS Excel, MS access or related software.
• Creative problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task across problem domains and various contexts
