Process Engineer - on site, Turda

Job Description Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical solutions with a global sales network and references in over 70 countries, located in Turda. Process Engineer The role: Maintaining and improving the processes in the area of responsibility, aiming at achieving productivity and quality targets in line with the company`s standards. The main responsibilities: Elaboration and revision of technological instructions, work instructions and process control specific to the sectors in the area of responsibility draws up new technological and working instructions, in case of introducing a new process in the manufacturing process; updates the technological and work instructions as a result of the changes / improvement of the production process. Control of the compliance with technology on distributed manufacturing flow pursues, through direct observation, the production activity from the perspective of observing the technology and the working instructions; ensures that the displayed work instructions are the last revision; checks the correctness of the measurements made by the workers, as well as the records from the measurement sheets in order to avoid the release of non-compliant isolators; Improving the manufacturing process identifies technical and quality issues in production; analyzes the identified non-conformities, initiates / participates in the definition of corrective and preventive actions; documents, through internal notes, drawings, work instructions, measures taken; creates projects to improve and optimize the production flow and quality of products ( technological solutions, layout or small improvements to equipment ). Technological training of directly productive staff in all manufacturing sectors organizes and supports the technological trainings included in the annual plan identifies the technological training needs of the direct productive staff, recommends the training topics, performs the training Flow tracking of new / unstabilized insulators and tests performed completes the analysis sheet of the technological phases for the new product, for the distributed sectors provides technical assistance, proposes measures to improve technology Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong technical background in the relevant engineering discipline, with a track record of delivering complex projects. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
