Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer designs, develops, and improves manufacturing processes for antimicrobial and conductive silver-based fibers, fabrics, and foam products. This role partners with R & D, Production, Engineering, and Quality to launch new products and improve existing processes by reducing cost and scrap, increasing efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
What You’ll Get:
- Starting Salary: $58,500-76,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze process data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

Lead process trials (DOEs) and support data-driven decision making

Improve manufacturing efficiency, output, quality, and safety

Create and maintain product documentation (recipes, process sheets, BOMs, routings)

Estimate production costs and ensure raw materials meet specifications
-
Collaborate with suppliers and Quality to maintain production standards

Support product scale-up and commercialization
-
Validate new equipment and monitor performance trends

Participate in failure investigations and corrective actions

Promote continuous improvement initiatives
-
Perform other duties as assigned
The Skills You'll Need:
-
Strong analytical and statistical skills (JMP/SPC experience a plus)
-
Microsoft Office proficiency required
-
ERP experience (QAD )
-
Manufacturing experience in chemical, textile, medical, or related industries
-
Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, AS9100) a plus

Six Sigma Certification, PMP Certification, or %S Training a plus

Strong problem-solving skills

Detail-orientated and accurate

Strong work ethic

Excellent organizational skills and follow-through

Effective technical writing and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

3+ years of related experience

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Engineering or related technical field
