Our client is an established manufacturer with several well-known consumer brands under its umbrella. They are currently looking for a Process Engineer to make an impact on how products get made as the company continues to grow, with ongoing investment in its plants and equipment.

The role:
\n
- \n
- Own plant technical operations: troubleshooting, process control, continuous improvement
- Develop SOPs and lead root cause analysis on incidents
- Redesign equipment/processes to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
- Apply statistical process control to validate reliability
- Run facility audits, support lean manufacturing initiatives
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and major shutdowns
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in a medium/large manufacturing facility
- Experience with process safety management and capital project management
- PLC (Allen-Bradley) and 3D modeling experience a plus
