Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Aerospace, or related field)
• 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience and 3+ years supporting NADCAP-accredited processes
• Familiar with NADCAP accreditation requirements, AS9100D, and AMS specifications expertise
• Gap analysis, audit readiness, corrective action, and compliance management experience
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) proficiency
• Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, and risk management knowledge
• Technical documentation experience including SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Risk Assessments, and Process Validation Reports
• Experience supporting customer, regulatory, and third-party audits within aerospace manufacturing environments
• Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance gap assessments against NADCAP, AS9100, AMS, and customer requirements; maintain compliance matrices and lead corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify compliance and performance gaps, and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and RCCA methodologies
• Lead audit readiness activities including internal audits, mock assessments, accreditation preparation, audit support, and corrective action implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, control plans, risk assessments, and validation reports
• Interpret customer and regulatory specifications, collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering teams, and provide reporting on compliance, audit status, and process performance metrics
