ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Process Engineer shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks;
- You shall lead the design and optimization of injection molding manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- We expect you to collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions specific to injection molding.
- You will conduct root cause analysis on injection molding process failures and non-conformities and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- We require you to create detailed documentation for new and existing injection molding processes, ensuring that all procedures are up-to-date and accessible.
- You shall perform regular evaluations and audits of current injection molding processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
- We expect you to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in injection molding technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
- You will mentor and train production staff on best practices for operating and maintaining injection molding equipment to ensure adherence to process standards.
- We need you to assist in the scale-up of pilot projects to full-scale injection molding production, ensuring seamless transition and integration into our existing systems.
- Support IATF16949 Initiatives.

- Design and implement process improvements that enhance product quality for injection-molded products specifically tailored for heavy trucking and automotive industries.
- Your role requires you to use data analysis tools to monitor production metrics related to injection molding, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable solutions.
- You should collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production, to ensure seamless integration of new injection molding processes.
- We need you to be proficient in developing and executing validation protocols for new injection molding procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- You are responsible for training and mentoring production staff on newly implemented injection molding processes to maintain high operational standards.
- You will conduct root cause analyses to address injection molding production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- We require you to stay current with technological advancements in injection molding techniques, integrating relevant innovations into our manufacturing operations.
- Some travel as needed to support multiple sites and attend industry conferences or vendor meetings.
