Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for a Process Engineer for our Moncure, NC location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be assigned a project to support improvement of an existing plant challenge and will also assist process and plant engineers with daily duties in order to gain valuable insight into on-the-job responsibilities. This position will work closely with automation, engineering, and safety functions, and will be expected to adhere to site safety requirements and quality control standards.
Process Engineer Responsibilities:
· Utilize skills to develop solutions and implementation plan to improve an existing plant challenge as assigned by on-site mentor
· Support the Process Safety Management (PSM) program through Process Safety Information (PSI) documentation and record compilation
· Work alongside Process Engineers to help maintain consistent quality control for plant production processes.
· Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews for any Production or Quality Issues.
· Other duties as assigned
Process Engineer Job Qualifications:
· Working to complete Bachelors’ degree in Chemical Engineering
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Driven & Eager to learn
· MS Office Skills
