Badger Talent Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This role is perfect for an engineer who enjoys improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product launches, and solving complex production challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll have the opportunity to influence projects from initial quoting and manufacturability reviews through production launch and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency
- Support new product introductions through DFM reviews, tooling development, APQP/PPAP activities, and production ramp-up
- Evaluate manufacturability, conduct feasibility studies, and support technical quoting and cost analysis
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, and process controls while training production personnel
- Partner with production, quality, design, and sales teams to solve technical challenges and improve operations
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, root cause analysis, and long-term process improvements
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DFM, APQP, PPAP, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting quoting, cost analysis, and new product introductions
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specifications
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAD/SolidWorks and ERP systems (Plex ) is a plus
- Must be local to Wisconsin; no relocation assistance provided
