A rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing organization is hiring an experienced Process Engineer to support a new U.S. production facility in Mesa, Arizona.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this role will focus on improving and sustaining manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on manufacturing engineering experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable driving process improvements using data, lean principles, and structured problem-solving tools.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Work, SOPs, work instructions, and visual process aids

Drive process improvements using production data to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency

Ensure documentation is accurate, easy to follow, and aligned with lean manufacturing principles

Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues

Maintain process control plans and ensure alignment with quality requirements

Define and specify equipment, tooling, and fixtures required to meet process capability needs

Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to support new product launches and production readiness

Lead problem-solving efforts using industry-standard methodologies (root cause analysis, corrective actions, etc.)

Support implementation of best practices including lean flow, automation, and modern manufacturing technologies
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with increasing responsibility

Proven background supporting Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and New Product Introduction (NPI)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a changing production environment

Familiarity with CAD and design/simulation tools is
