The Manufacturing Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and launching new products or current carryover products within a small team of 1-5 members. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, this position focuses on ensuring design safety compliance, and efficient launching of products while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize processes without requiring travel. This role offers opportunities for career advancement to Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new parts or carryover parts. 
• Help with stamping and assembly design.
• Analyze data to monitor process performance and identify areas for optimization
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout production
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Specify and evaluate equipment requirements for process needs
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems promptly
• Coordinate project activities within the engineering team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Expertise in CAD
