Process Engineer



Lichfield



£38,000 - £45,000



Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm (39 hours)



Are you a driven Process Engineer looking to make an impact with a market-leading manufacturer? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking brand with a strong reputation for quality, stability, and innovation.



In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You'll take ownership of process documentation, drive efficiency, and champion improvements across Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Key Responsibilities



Take full ownership of manufacturing processes within your area, ensuring performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Customer Service.



Lead investigations into remakes and implement containment and corrective actions.



Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles, 5S, and CI activities.



Maintain and update all process documentation and standard operating methods.



Identify and implement corrective/preventative actions, training plans, and process optimisations.



Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.



About You



Proven experience delivering process improvements in a manufacturing environment.



Strong mechanical engineering background with a relevant qualification.



Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.



A proactive team player with a hands-on approach.
